Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in talent acquisition who are passionate about sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet the organizational needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent including job boards social media and professional networks.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit with client companies.

Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates for open positions.

Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage their progression through the recruitment process.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and candidates ensuring a successful placement.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities including metrics on candidate sourcing and placement rates.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment preferably in a similar HR Recruiter role.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
