Pranam Recruiters is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm specializing in IT and Finance & Accounting roles for international clients. We are seeking enthusiastic freshers who are eager to start their careers in recruitment.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates for IT and F&A positions using various recruitment channels.
Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth process.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client information in our recruitment database.
Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.
RequirementsEducational Qualification: Recent graduates with a degree in any discipline.
Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Work Schedule: Must be willing to work from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM Covering Monday to Saturday.
Motivation: A keen interest in recruitment and a proactive approach to learning and development.
