KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop new ceramic productconcepts.
  • Create detailed sketches and digitalrenderings of ceramic designs.
  • Research andanalyze market trends to identify opportunities for new productdevelopment.
  • Prototype and refine ceramicdesigns based on feedback fromstakeholders.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere toquality and safety standards.
  • Participate inthe testing and evaluation of ceramic materials for performance anddurability.
  • Work closely with production teamsto oversee the manufacturing process and address designrelatedissues.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of design processes andtechniques.
  • Present design concepts andproposals to internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Stay updated with advancements inceramic technology and designpractices.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inIndustrial Design Ceramics or a relatedfield/experience.
  • Proven experience as aCeramic Designer or similar role within the ceramicsindustry.
  • Strong understanding of ceramicmaterials production processes and glazingtechniques.
  • Excellent artistic andconceptualization skills with a keen eye foraesthetics.
  • Ability to communicate design ideaseffectively through sketches renderings andpresentations.
  • Knowledge of market trendsconsumer preferences and competitive landscape in the ceramicsmarket.
  • Detailoriented approach with a focus onprecision and quality in designexecution.
  • Experience collaborating withmultidisciplinary teams and externalsuppliers.
  • Understanding of productionconstraints and cost implications related to ceramicdesign.
  • Capability to adapt to evolving designtrends and technologies in the ceramicsindustry.
  • Strong project management skills andthe ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines.
  • Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in English and Arabic is aplus.
