This pivotal role involves building the HR foundation from scratch, driving employee engagement, creating a positive work culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all people-related processes.

Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Own the end-to-end hiring process to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
Develop a strong employer brand to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
Coordinate with managers to understand hiring requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
HR Operations
Employee onboarding/offboarding, Payroll, Leave & attendance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health, safety, and workplace standards.
- Handle sensitive employee matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Office Administration.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Maintain and manage office asset allocation, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees to promote job satisfaction
Organize team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
HR Policy Development & Implementation:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Educate employees on policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in startups or fast-growing organizations.
Skills:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
Proficient in HR software and tools.
