SHERPA X isSiemen’s strategic Digital Transformation initiative whose core goals are tostandardize end to end processes and ERP landscapes per Business Type to S/4HANA. Your role is immensely important driving SHERPA X from IT HUB Pune.

We arelooking for a SAP PP Solution Architect

You’ll make adifference by:

Qualifications:

·Bachelor and/orHigher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

·At least 8 yearsworking experience in SAP PP

·Provenfunctional consulting experience in implementation of S/4 Hana Projects

·Proven abilityto work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Core Skills and Experience:

·At least 8 yearsof experience in SAP PP module having good knowledge of PP processes e.g.Planned independent requirement, MRP, MTO, MTS, KANBAN, Production execution,Production Costing, capacity planning, order scheduling.

·Design,configuration and testing of PP and related integration modules like MM, PS,QM, SD, EWM, TM, FI/CO etc.

·Worked on atleast one end to end implementation project and should have good knowledge inSAP PP Customizing e.g. Order type, Order Type Dependent Parameter, Productionscheduling profile, standard value keys, confirmation parameters.

·Worked on SAPS/4 HANA Roll out and data migration projects.

·Must have GoodKnowledge SAP PP Material master data, BOM, Routing, Work center, auxiliaries,tariffs, production cost calculation, and PLM documents as work instructions.

·Should haveworking experience on FIORI App for SAP PP.

·Should be ableto convert complex Business Requirements to SAP Blueprint/ Design/ Realizebuild test scripts around it and deliver successfully to the Business.

·Experience inAutomation of Processes, Test cycles will be an added advantage.

·Bilingual Germanwould be a plus.

·Worked withcross functional teams in manufacturing, quality, master data, planning,governance and change control.

You’ll win usover by:

·The foundationof your professional success is a completed degree (Master/Diploma) in the fieldof IT, Computer Science or Business Informatics. Alternatively, you can have acomparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.

·You also have 8+years of professional experience in the field of SAP Product LifecycleManagement within a major technical group or also in IT consulting.

·SAP PLMCertification is an added advantage.

·At leastexperience and proven track of record/success of 2 end to end SAP PLM S/4 HanaImplementation / Migration projects.

·Well-founded andpractically proven experience in SAP PLM, PEO, and integration with interfacedPLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter specifically).

·Good knowledgeof logistics and manufacturing processes (MM,, PP) are part of your knowledge.

·Knowledge ofABAP, PLM data structure and the corresponding technical understanding are alsobeneficial.

·Knowledge of PLMprocesses like SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management,Configuration Management.

·Experience iseffectivity handling (version effectivity, date effectivity, other effectivitycontrols) and translation into another is a major plus. If you also have fluentknowledge of English, welcome to our team. German language skills are a plus.Proactiveness in terms of business analysis, problem solving and delivery ofsolutions.
