About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Works as part of an experience squad aligned to ‘H2R’ services. Provides HR services, such as handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance. Executes data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service or automation. Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. HRBP, CoE, factory HR etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries. Prioritize cases and conduct continuous follow ups/ check-ins to ensure case closure. Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences. Raise continuous improvement opportunities. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Able to manage transactions with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential for this role. Demonstrated strong H2R knowledge. A strong knowledge of H2R best practices in Shared Services environment.
