YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIEs

An opportunity has arisen to join Alter Domus growing and dynamic HR Team in India. As part of an international team, the individual will be joining the HR Shared Services team of the company. As a HR Operations Officer you shall be assigned the following tasks:

  • Administrating Employee Life cycle activities i.e. absence management, employee details and any other changes.
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for staff queries on administrative matters for a set of our global offices;
  • Your role will focus on using technology, automation to ensure the seamless migration of work to drive improvements in service to deliver a superb employee experience;
  • Support other HR colleagues during busy periods of the year.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement. Any other Language would be considered as an advantage.
  • BA Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in HR and/or people operations function, preferably within an international context, would be considered as advantage. Have a high attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in ability to manage high workload under tight deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy particularly in MS Excel will be considered as advantage.
  • Experience of working with HR systems would be a plus.
  • Changes to high integrity and ethics while dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information.
