Sr Executive Sales

• Achieve revenue targets by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals for the territory.
• Interact with doctors to generate prescriptions and increase brand visibility within the region.
• Develop and manage new and existing collection centers and other infrastructure.
• Standardize the franchisee model, including infra layout, branding, marketing, and launch strategies.
• Provide support to existing branches through marketing initiatives and brand-building activities.
• Engage franchisee partners and ensure they are target oriented.
• Keep abreast of market intelligence and suggest service improvements to superiors.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the territory.
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales.
- Must have a two-wheeler, good communication and selling skills, and sound market knowledge.
