Ensure that assignedapplications are adequately supported. Manage the applicationsupport
teams/suppliers to:
Analyse systemfaults assess severity levels and provide solutions
Linksimilar problems by users or systems to enable detailed reportingand trend analysis
Ensure in service reviews forexternal suppliers
Perform business analysis activitiesto analyse user requirements and define solutions meetingthose
requirements and document systemspecifications
Contribute Business IT strategy and ITbudgeting of assigned business units.
Perform otherresponsibilities as directed by the Management.Job Specific Skills:
Experience in area(s) ofProject management Systems Development/Design andImplementation

Stakeholders.

Bachelors Degree or Honors inEngineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences orEquivalent
with 8 Years of experience with minimum 6years of jobrelated experience.
Project Managementcertification is essential.
