Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Job Req Id: 1278822 -Automation Risk Analyst: 7+ years

oExperience in Automation governance including knowledge of automation life cycle - assessment to ongoing maintenance. Additionally, a relevant certification is a big plus.

oExtensive experience in setting up governance around Enterprise/ Technology/ Automation Risk for organization.

oExposure to various IA technologies including RPA, Intelligent Document processing, Workflows, etc. (in-depth experience not required) and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

oExperience of building risk framework for Robotics program and lead the implementation of action items derived from the Automation projects on risk front.

oLead and execute on Management Action Plans (MAPs) in context of automation Risk and working independently with multiple cross functional teams and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

oDelivery of an action plan which meets the needs of the stakeholders and maintain a detailed documentation of the implementation process.

Additional knowledge, skills, experience, or training required:

-Skills/ Certifications (examples): Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Value Stream Mapping/ process mapping, IPA/RPA/ RDA/ Machine Learning, Transformation projects, Requirement gathering, Business analysis.

-Proven knowledge working on the following tools:

o2+ years of experience on RPA tools eg: Blue Prism, Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, PEGA, Open Connect, OutSystems.

oExperience of OCR/ ICR tools including ABBYY, Kofax, AWS Textract, Vidado.

oExperience in NLP- eg: Sentiment Analysis, Amazon Comprehend, experience in Analytics using unstructured data, chat bot

oExposure to ML Tools- eg: Amazon Lex, Auto-WEKA, BigML, Google Cloud AutoML, IBM Watson Studio, Tableau

oExperience of process assessments based on IA toolkit.

oAbility to collaborate with cross-functional/ large teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Preferred Skills:

-Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

-Experience with OCR, NLP, ML automation solutions.

-Attention to detail in requirement documentation.

-Ability to work & coordinate with project teams of more than 10.

-Ability to document detailed business requirements.

-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

-Ability to lead calls with 10+ audience.
