JobResponsibilities:YourKRA would be generating leads and enriching them by calling.And your KPI wouldbe the number of calls you make new MQLs generated hot MQLs andSQLsidentified.
JobRole:The roleinvolves managing leads on Zoho CRM and mainly includes callingthem regularly to identify requirements. It may involve thefollowing but is not limitedto:
  1. Generatingleads
  2. Enriching them by browsing theinternet/calling
  3. Coordinating with the salesteam and customers
  4. Preparing and sendingproposals.
  5. Following up with customers on theproposals sent out etc
  6. Making reports forweeklymeetings.

PreRequisites:
  • SouthLanguages: More the better
  • Prior experience in(KPO/BPO/ telemarketing/ inside sales/recruitment)
  • Prior experience with apps likegoogle sheets slides &CRMs
  • Understanding of the B2B salesprocess
  • Good written and oral communicationskills.
