Key Responsibilities:

3. Website Management: Oversee themanagement and optimization of the company
websiteensuring that it reflects the brand&identity and provides anexceptional user
experience.
4. RetentionMarketing: Develop and execute retention marketing strategies tonurture
customer relationships and drive repeatpurchases including loyalty programs email
campaigns andtargeted promotions.
5. Digital Marketing: Collaboratewith the digital marketing team to execute integrated
marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness drive traffic tothe website and
generate leads.
6. BrandMonitoring and Analysis: Monitor brand performance and markettrends
conduct competitive analysis and utilizedatadriven insights to optimize brand strategies
andtactics.
7. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams

Qualifications:
Bachelo degree in marketing communications or related field; Masterdegree
preferred. Minimum of 5years of experience in brand management preferably in theconsumer

Proventrack record of developing and executing successful brandstrategies that drive
brand growth andengagement.
Strong creative and strategic thinkingskills with the ability to translate brand objectives
into actionable plans.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to createcompelling
content and messaging.
Proficiencyin digital marketing tools and platforms including websitemanagement
systems email marketing software and socialmedia management tools.
Analytical mindset with theability to interpret data and metrics to measure the
effectiveness of brand initiatives.
Passion for sleephealth and wellness preferred.
