Lead& grow offline category sales in one segment including MICE(Meeting Incentive Corporate & Events) / FPH (FilmProduction House) / Sports / Government Enterprise amongothers2.Onboard and cultivate a strong network of Travel ManagementCompanies (TMC) Travel Agents (TA) and Event Management Companies(EMC) to drive offline sales for filling up OYO s domesticinventory3. Workwith local Demand & Revenue teams to ensure inquiryclosures and endtoendservice4. Establishand maintain relationships with relevant Indian corporate networksindustry influencers and key strategic partners to extract repeatbusiness5.Strategize to set the right milestones & maintain stabilityin business volumes through market visits within assigned regionsand efficientplanning6. Maintainand review monthly sales tracker of accounts and revenuetargets7. Shareregular feedback on market conditions competition pricing and otherfactors influencing ongroundsalesKeyPerformanceIndicators1.Ensuring revenue and Contribution Margin month onmonth2. No. oftransacting accounts month onmonthRequiredSkills1.Networking & problemsolving ability with multiplestakeholders2.
