Role.

 

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's learning and development initiatives, managing compensation and benefits programs, and optimising performance management processes. Reporting to the Director Human resource, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

What you will do

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director Human resources, the role requires a versatile, diverse and experienced HR generalist who has a proven successful record of leading and delivering all aspects of HR and Training and Development programmes with dedication and passion, whilst keeping abreast with changes in employment legislation. 

The HR Business Development will be a highly confidential individual who will be loyal to the team and be able to The HRBP will use effective people skills to always ensure good relationships with all employees and external contacts.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR planning of the division and will produce accurate HR reports monthly to provide accurate information to the Executive Group.

As a representative of Kanerika, the HRBP must be smart, positive, personable, and well-presented. Will bring expertise in talent management, be passionate and driven to deliver exceptional results, demonstrate learning agility, whilst being skilled at communicating with and influencing employees and business leaders at all levels in the organisation.

Performance Management:

·       Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).

·       Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.


·       Manage the organization's employee performance review process.

 

Learning and Development:

 

·       Lead the assessment of employee skills and knowledge, identifying areas for development and training.

·       Design, plan, and implement various training programs to meet the professional development needs of employees.

·       Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed to ensure they are current, relevant, and in line with industry trends.

·       Collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps and align training programs with the strategic goals of the organization.

·       Manage the learning and development budget and negotiate contracts with training providers.

·       Establish a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

·       Utilize and manage e-learning platforms and ensure that the organization is taking advantage of modern training methods and tools.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.

Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop annual budgets for compensation and benefits.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.

 

 




Requirements

What you’ll bring

 

Required skills and qualifications.

 

•        Five to Eight years of experience in human resources

•        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset

•        Familiarity with HR software – Zoho 

•        HR Analytics

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

 

•        Master’s Degree in human resources 

•        Experience working with People Soft tools like Zoho 

•        Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.

•        HR credentials (e.g., PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
