The incumbent of this role would be the HR Business Partner for one of the key business verticals in India. S/he would collaborate with Hexagon R&D India and the Division leadership to drive the people agenda and translate the business vision to people strategy across talent, leadership development, change and culture.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall organizational goalsPartner closely with the business leaders to drive people strategies and programs including talent management, capability building, career counselling/coaching, OD interventions, performance management, retention, manager effectiveness, change interventions, deep and differentiated talent strategiesBe the trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Effectively handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Partner with HR COEs teams to drive strategic HR agenda and initiatives.Lead and support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives.Leverage HR data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement.

Experience & Qualification:9-12 years’ experience of HR Business partnering.Purely an Individual contributor roleDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
