Job Description


As a Human Resources Business Partner Leader (HRBP Lead), you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and provide strategic guidance and support to our organization's business leaders. Your expertise will help us foster a high-performance culture and drive talent management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners
  • Collaborate on organization-wide strategies with senior HR leaders
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce trends and challenges
  • Design and implement talent management programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives
  • Drive organizational change and foster a culture of open communication
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and conflict resolution


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant HR tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
