/Primary Responsibilities/g

Budget /Sales:

Achieves budgeted sales at the price and terms of payment specified in the budget.
Suggests appropriate packaging options to the Customer.
Assists customers new product development, conducts trials etc.
In case of shortfall of sales volume, recommends appropriate strategy.
Identifies the potential customers and converts them as a Customer.

Price Realization:

Achieves overall or exceed contribution incorporated in the budget, focus on final profit, not only on volume.
Prepares customer wise detailed plan for achieving price realization/ contribution.

Collection of outstanding:

Ensures collection from the customers as per the agreed terms.
Analyze the overdue outstanding and takes actions to expedite the collection./frames appropriate strategy.
Recommends legal action against the defaulting customers.

Customer Service:

Visits customers in a planned manner, when there are no issues, to develop better understanding of his requirements and create strong bond of relationship. All sales visit by virtual or presential need to be included on SFDC.
Anticipates various problems/issues and proactively takes corrective actions to avoid loss of business.
Execute timely corrective and preventive action to resolve the customer complaints.
Provides commercial information and clarification required by the customers from time to time.
Keeps the customers informed of the products added in our range.

Market Information:

Compiles the market information of customers related to new product development, discontinuation of existing products, expansion plans, future growth, etc.
Based on the information, recommends appropriate strategies to the Head Sales.
Compiles information pertaining to Competitors in terms price, credit terms, volume, share of business, quality assessment etc.
Analyse the competitor’s information and recommends appropriate strategy.
