Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective salesstrategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Bankingsector.
  2. Identify and cultivate new businessopportunities ensuring a steady pipeline of potentialclients.
  3. Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients providing excellent customerservice and addressing their financial needs.
  4. Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals toachieve individual and team targets.
  5. Stayupdated on industry trends market conditions and competitoractivities to inform business strategy.
  6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamlesscustomer onboarding and satisfaction.
  7. Prepareand present regular sales reports and performance analysis to themanagement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in fieldsales or life insurance.
  2. Graduation from arecognized university.
  3. Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong leadership and team managementabilities.
  6. Knowledge of the banking andfinancial services industry in Karnataka.
  7. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced workenvironment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.15LPA
