Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve issues using customerinput.

Learn on HP Portal regarding the emerging technologies and Workwiththat.

Act as the first point of contact for clients with issuesconcerning theirDesktop

PlotterPrinter Scanner and other computerequipment.

Keep track of system issues and adhere to the agreed timeline untilan issueis

resolved.

Maintain procedural documents andreports.

Follow standard procedures to resolve issues by connecting them torelevant

internaldepartments.

Provide prompt accurate feedback tocustomers.

Ensure proper documentation of allissues.

Follow up with clients ensuring their computer systems arefunctioningproperly

aftertroubleshooting.

Prepare prompt accurate reports. Document technical knowledge intheknowledge

database.

Train people on how to use differentsystems.

Help companies deploy new software or hardwaresystems

RequirementsProvenwork experience as a Technical Support Engineer Desktop SupportEngineer

ITHelp Desk Technician or similarrole

Handson experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OSenvironments

Good understanding of computer systems and other techproducts

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technicalissues

Excellent problemsolving and communicationskills

Ability to provide stepbystep technical help both written andverbal

BS/Diploma degree in Information Technology Computer Science orrelevantfield
