Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Pune, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: UK Shift( 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST)

Roles And Responsibilities

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business process improvements and system solutions. Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Good experience Working on ServiceNow Modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform functionality
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for business process improvements and system solutions.
  • Work on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
  • Evaluate existing ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Create detailed documentation of requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
  • Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate system testing.
  • Support the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
  • Develop training materials and provide training to users.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.

Skills And Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practice
  • Deep understanding on ServiceNow platform capabilities, catalogs configuration, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
  • Any ServiceNow Certifications (Preferred)
