Weare seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate tojoin our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a keyrole in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to support ourcompanys growth and objectives. This role requires stronginterpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to thrivein a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Partnerwith hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developeffective recruitmentstrategies.

  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including online job postingssocial media networking events and employeereferrals.

  • Screenresumes and applications to identify qualifiedcandidates.

  • Conductinitial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitfor openpositions.

  • Coordinateand schedule interviews with hiring managers andcandidates.

  • Assistin the development and implementation of recruitment processes andprocedures

  • Buildand maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffingneeds.



Requirements


  • 2years experience inrecruitment

  • Experiencein hiring across Technical(Cloud and DevOps) and Non Technicalroles

  • Startuphiringexperience

  • Abilityto close positions within settimelines

  • Excellentcommunication

  • Handson experience with posting jobs on social media job boardsrecruitmenttools.

  • Strongproblemsolving skills communicationand interpersonalskills



Goodtohave:


  • Workingknowledge of Zoho Recruit is an addedadvantage.

  • Havingknowledge of current recruitmenttrends

  • Strongunderstanding of recruitment best practices andtechniques
