Job Overview


We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their sales career in the IT industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and establish connections
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with our portfolio of products and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings
  • Qualify leads and opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve overall sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
