We are lookingfor: Cloud Support Engineer

•Provide support andincident response as part of an Operations Center in support of a CloudOperations team.

•Support incident managementprocesses for cloud services.

•Alert configuration andmonitoring of Siemens cloud services and data centers

•Configure & maintainthe cloud-based alert systems and document handling procedures.

•Address Cloud SecurityVulnerability incidents.

•Test and install patchupdates and verify system functionality.

•Evaluate active tickets,prioritizing workload, and monitoring queue health.

•Handle complex severityincidents according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)

•Resolve escalated technicalapplication and infrastructure incidents end to end SLA.

•Identify issues/incidentsand reach out to the respective escalation points in timely manner for issueresolution.

•Leverage internal technicalexpertise and other internal tools to provide effective solutions to identifiedissues.

•Ensure services are runeffectively and in compliance with pre-defined parameters ensuring mitigationof risks and impact on business activities.

•Flexible with schedulechanges to meet business needs.

•Min. Qualification:B.E/B.TECH degree in CS/IT

•Experience:3-5 yrs. of experience

MustHave

•Development Experience inC# or .NET (Windows).

•Good know how on AzureServices Like App Service, Application Gateway, Blob Storage.

•Good know how on AzureVirtual Networks and Policies.

•Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.

•Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.

•Flexible to work in anyshifts.

•Customer oriented attitudewith professionalism.

•Strong multitasking, timemanagement and attention to detail.

Desirable/ Good to Have:

•Azure Developer or Azurefor SAP Certification.

•Hands-on experience withSAP.

•Hands-on experience withActive Directory.
