Position Title: Azure Cloud Support Engineer
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Job Location: Coimbatore (Hybrid)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description:
Azure Cloud Support Engineer.
• Primary support of Infrastructure deployments to Azure DEV, QA, and PROD regions
• Administration a security-first HA/DR enterprise-level Iaa S infrastructure on Azure
• Administration of Active Directory, Windows Server 2022, Azure My SQL , and IIS (Internet Information Services)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure to identify, diagnose, and perform solution resolution
• Monitoring alert notifications and performance dashboards
• Develop and support Ia C (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform, Azure CLI Power Shell, ARM (Azure Resource Manager) Templates,
• Basic Administration of Microsoft365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point)
• Create and update infrastructure documentation to meet legal and regulatory compliance and audit requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Dev Ops: Organization and Project, Repos, Pipelines, Releases, Environments, Artifacts, Authorization
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud: Iaa S (VMs (Virtual Machines) running AD (Active Directory), IIS, SQL Server, MQ), Entra, Availability Sets, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, Azure DNS, Azure v Net, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Storage, Log Analytics, and Azure Management Groups and Subscriptions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address them before they escalate
• Highly conscientious approach to tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes and attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, particularly when managing and supporting critical infrastructure
• The following certifications are highly desirable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert,
