Jobdescription: DVT Manager / Sr. Manager ECAS
Youwill:
  1. Leadthe functional verification and validation of eV subsystems such aschargers DCDC Converters Motor Drives Embedded Systems Software& ElectroMechanical assemblies.
  2. Preparereview & publish subsystem test plans/standards to verifycompliance & performance against functionalspecifications.
  3. Execute tests in accordancewith published plans/test standards & publishcompliance/performance reports of subsystems with respect tofunctional specification.
  4. Participate in xFMEAFTA and design review sessions. Plan & carry outappropriate and adequate tests to verify & validateadequate and accurate retirement of alltechnical/application/integration risks for the respectivesubsystem(s).
  5. Collaborate with respectivesubsystem design team(s) on reported noncompliances/deviations toexpected performance; debug and verify correction(s)/improvement(s)implemented against reported noncompliances through regressiontesting
  6. Drive and implement automation of DVTtest(s) for subsystem(s).
  7. Lead verification andvalidation testing activities related to field failure analyses RCA& implementation of CAPA forsubsystems
  8. Prepare publish review and executetests to verify performance against functional requirements publishimpact analysis report(s) against ECR(s) related tosubsystem(s).
  9. Carry out worst case/cornercasetests to verify/measure robustness of for subsystem(s)design.

Tobe successful you will be expected to:
  1. Preparereview and publish consistently adequate accurate &appropriate test plans to verify compliance to functionalrequirements for respectivesubsystem(s).
  2. Comply with organizationaldevelopment processes &practice
  3. Demonstrate consistent compliance tofunctional DVT test performance metrics such as test coverage testaccuracy and test efficiency
  4. Be technicallycompetent to independently publish test plans standards &procedures
  5. Meet targeted TTM quality and costgoals for the project while completing execution of verificationand validation tests for subsystems
  6. Demonstrateexpertise in subsystem testing/DVT practice through consistent andeffective design & execution of test cases that helpimprove robustness ofdesign(s)
  7. Reduce/Eliminate field issues throughadequate appropriate and accurate verification/validation tests onsubsystems
  8. Demonstrate improvement inefficiency coverage and accuracy of test systems &practices through seamless Implementation ofautomation

Youmust have:
  1. Adegree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical/Electronics/ComputerScience/Mechanical engineering.
  2. 815 years ofexperience in leading DVT activities onelectrical/electronic/embedded systems/electro mechanicalassemblies preferably in designs such as chargers DCDC ConvertersMotor Drives Embedded Systems Software & ElectroMechanicalassemblies such as automotive switches lamps solenoids andsensors
  3. Demonstrated experience in using PLMtools and issue management tools such asJiRA
  4. In depth knowledge on subsystem functionalspecifications & testingstandards/procedures
  5. Knowledge of testingstandards related to environmental stress screening (ESS)Regulatory (AIS EN IEC) Vibration (IEC/EN) shock (IEC/EN) and droptest (IEC/EN) & safety requirements (AIS ISO26262 ULVDE)
  6. HandsOn experience & expertise incommissioning & using test equipment including but notlimited to DMM DSO Network Analyzer Spectrum Analyzer PowerAnalyzer Protocol Analyzer DAQ systems Motor Dyno HIL systems BMSEmulators battery test system electronic Load Environmental chamberand awareness of their calibrationrequirements
  7. Proficient knowledge in problemsolving methods such as RCA 8D report &FTA
  8. Demonstrated experience in communication& diagnostic protocols such as CAN LIN &UDS
  9. Hands on experience in using diagnostictools like CANOe/CAN Analyser
  10. Sound knowledgeon writing test cases in CAPL script/LabVIEW for testautomation
  11. A passion for automotiveelectronics/eV and an awesometeamspirit
