Job Description

: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Azure Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in Azure Cloud, including infrastructure management, services deployment, and optimization.Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of technology solutions on the Azure Cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.Collaborate with technical teams to implement efficient deployment strategies, considering scalability and performance. Data-driven Insights: Leverage Power BI and Python to extract meaningful insights from project data.Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes, ensuring data-driven project management. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, emphasizing Azure Cloud best practices. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes on the Azure Cloud platform to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.Conduct regular project reviews and assessments, focusing on Azure Cloud performance and security. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to Azure Cloud deployment, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges specific to Azure Cloud technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on technology solutions, particularly in Azure Cloud environments. Proven experience in managing projects involving Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and Python. Previous experience in people management and team leadership.

Competencies Required:

Azure Cloud Proficiency: Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, including hands-on experience with infrastructure management, services deployment, and optimization. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Python, with a focus on their integration within Azure Cloud environments. Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successful project planning, execution, and delivery, with a specific focus on Azure Cloud projects. Leadership and People Management: Experience leading and managing teams, with an emphasis on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the Azure Cloud context. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating Azure Cloud concepts for diverse audiences.
