• This position is responsible for providing complete governance to the process, perform review of the work performed/ establishing controls/ streamlining the process and management reporting and managing client escalations/queries
• Ensure all processes are SOX compliant, govern internal/external audits.

• Comprehension skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents.
