Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Delight Eco Farms in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for individuals with up to six years of experience. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in the growth of our company by driving sales and expanding our customer base.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Proven expertise in sales strategy (Mandatory skill), capable of formulating and executing effective sales plans.
- Exceptional closing skills (Mandatory skill) to drive sales opportunities to closing.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable agreements with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and nurture long-term relationships.
- In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Ability to prospect and identify potential sales opportunities to expand client base.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage with new prospects to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.
