We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Finance Change Delivery

Principal responsibilities

Capturing, analysing and documentation of business requiremements pertaining to Credit Risk Stress Testing and Projections, risk models, regulatory and internal reporting Providing a link between the requirements team and the business process and testing teams to ensure consistency of approach and efficient cross-workstream communication Engagement and support of additional stakeholders who may need to contribute to the overall project deliverables Undertaking data analysis tasks to establish reasons for data and process gaps, help with data and ouputs reconciliation and regression testing and analysis supporting testing (FT & UAT) and overall delivery of the solution by working together with the Stress test Delivery Manager and other suppliers ( IT). Hands on with system interaction tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide and DI Studio to facilitate data analysis and requirement gathering Participate in preparation and execution of user training Support the project manager with risk identification, risk reporting and project risks mitigation Contribute to impact assessment activities and work effort assessments Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in business analysis and working within large programmes. Demonstrated flexibility across multiple domains and functional areas Structured analytical approach Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders Working across cultures and in matrixed organisational structures Recognised numerate University Degree (or equivalent) SAS certification (good to have)
