Manager – Finance Change DeliveryPrincipal responsibilitiesCapturing, analysing and documentation of business requiremements pertaining to Credit Risk Stress Testing and Projections, risk models, regulatory and internal reportingProviding a link between the requirements team and the business process and testing teams to ensure consistency of approach and efficient cross-workstream communicationEngagement and support of additional stakeholders who may need to contribute to the overall project deliverablesUndertaking data analysis tasks to establish reasons for data and process gaps, help with data and ouputs reconciliation and regression testing and analysis supporting testing (FT & UAT) and overall delivery of the solution by working together with the Stress test Delivery Manager and other suppliers ( IT).Hands on with system interaction tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide and DI Studio to facilitate data analysis and requirement gatheringParticipate in preparation and execution of user trainingSupport the project manager with risk identification, risk reporting and project risks mitigationContribute to impact assessment activities and work effort assessmentsRequirements

Minimum 8 years experience in business analysis and working within large programmes.Demonstrated flexibility across multiple domains and functional areasStructured analytical approachDemonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadersWorking across cultures and in matrixed organisational structuresRecognised numerate University Degree (or equivalent)SAS certification (good to have)You’ll achieve more at HSBCHSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
