Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Head Real Estate to lead our real estate division at BOP GROUP. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and managing a team of real estate professionals. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a real estate business
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, developers, and government authorities
  • Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of real estate projects
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Manage the overall financial performance of the real estate division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
