JobSummary:
As a BusinessDevelopment Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving thecompany s revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on newbusiness opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating andmaintaining highvalue client relationships developing strategicinitiatives and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background inbusiness development exceptional communication skills and a historyof exceeding targets in a competitiveenvironment.

  • DealNegotiation: Lead complex negotiations and closesignificant business deals securing favorable terms that align withthe company s strategicgoals.
  • MarketIntelligence: Monitor industry trends competitoractivities and market dynamics to identify opportunities forinnovation anddifferentiation.
  • CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with marketing productdevelopment and customer service teams to ensure seamless clientexperiences and successful projectdelivery.
  • Reporting& Analysis: Provide detailed reports and insightson business development activities sales pipelines and performancemetrics to seniorleadership.
  • IndustryEngagement: Represent the company at industry eventsconferences and trade shows positioning the company as a leader inthe ITsector.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Extensive experience as aBusiness Development Executive Sales Executive or in a similarhighlevel role.
  • Deep understandingof market dynamics customer behavior and industrytrends.
  • Exceptional communicationnegotiation and presentation skills with a proven ability toinfluence seniorstakeholders.
  • Strongrelationshipbuilding skills with a focus on strategic partnershipsand longterm clientsatisfaction.
  • Analytical andproblemsolving prowess with the ability to make datadrivendecisions.
  • Independent andcollaborative work style thriving in a fastpaced resultsorientedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and advanced business developmenttools.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Experience in the IT industryor with ERP systems.
  • Indepthknowledge of sales strategies marketing principles and contractnegotiations.
  • Minimum of 2 years ofrelevant experience in a leadershiprole.
