Weare looking for a resilient empathic business development executiveto contribute to the

growth of ourcompany (B2B Business Development experience would bepreferred)

  • Shouldbe comfortable with CRMs (business developmentrelated software)such as HubSpot and Zoho for lead and taskupdates.
  • Attendingnetworking activities to research and connect with prospectiveclients.
  • MaintainingIdentifying new salesleads
  • Maintainingfruitful relationships with existing clients (to repeatclients).
  • Researchorganizations and individuals online (especially on social media)to identify new leads and potential newmarkets
  • Researchingthe needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions aboutpurchasing
  • Contactingpotential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and setupmeetings
  • Planningand overseeing new marketinginitiatives
  • Attendingconferences meetings and industryevents
  • PreparingPowerPoint presentations and salesdisplays
  • Contactingclients to inform them about new developments in the company sproducts Develop quotes andproposals.
  • Negotiatingand renegotiating by phone email and inperson
  • Developingsales goals for the team and ensuring they aremet
  • Trainingpersonnel and helping team members develop theirskills
  • Tokeep healthy relationships with clients mostly requiressocialization. So from simple chats on the phone to lunches andevents or conferences business development executives must be sureto keep their customers happy. Of course as with all office jobsdocumentation is also a big part of the work. Business developmentprofessionals are also obligated to write reports and providefeedback to upper management about what is and is not working.Meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that theyareretained.


Requirements

Qualification:Graduate MBA BE/B.Tech(Preferrable)

Mandatory:Confident Communication Skills (Hindi &English)

Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Strong CommunicationConvincing Power Team Bonding Problem Solving Good AnalyticsGoGetter.
