Your work profile
As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
At least 2-5 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment; Proven experience managing and supporting a cloud-based HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors RCM / RMK / ONB 2 / EC In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows. Strong understanding of data management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a Global Capability Centre environment (GCC) in India is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Location and way of working
Base location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
