We are looking for anexperienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the preopening team at SLSBarcelona. Under the guidance of the Excutive Pastry Chef youll besupporting our allday dining business offering breakfast lunchafternoon tea and other diningexperiences:

• Usingyour skill and experience you will be crucial in ensuring ourPastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creativeand innovative products
• Operating as an amazingteam player both handson in the Pastry kitchen and supporting theExecutive Pastry Chef in line managing the team and supporting theentire brigade
• Maintaining a cando andproblemsolving attitude you will be passionate about the highestpossible standards and will have great eye fordetail
• Interacting with our guests always warmprofessional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed theirexpectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 starin every way
• Bringing delicious creative andbespoke flavours and creations to our gueststables.
• Making sure our operation runs withouthitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed ourservice is smooth and our food hygiene standards areskyhigh.

Qualifications:

What we arelooking for...

• One totwo years experience as a Pastry Sous Chef preferably in an upscaleor lifestyle brand hotel/restaurant.
• Ability tomultitask work in a fast paced environment and have a high levelattention to detail.
• Passion for Pastry is agiven; youve worked hard to perfect your craft and you have a hugeappetite to continue learning from the best in thebusiness.
• Youre all about having a positiveimpact on the people you interact with leaving them with amemorable experience.
• You make people feel goodyour team guests and colleaguesalike.
