Requirements

• Day-to-day client coordination and addressing all the client requirements, setting time-frame for all the tasks.

• Handling accounts independently with the intervention of Sr. Associate/Team Lead/Group Head.

• Regular flow of suggestions & insights to clients in order to improve the efficiency of all the ongoing campaigns.

• Ensuring campaign hygiene is in place & working closely with the operations team to avoid misses.

• Constant research about the category to create understanding about the brand, market, challenges & opportunities in order to pass relevant inputs for business growth.

• Full-funnel understanding & ensuring all the campaigns are structured accordingly.

• Identifying growth opportunities & is able to work independently as well as with Sr. Associate, Team Lead & Group Head to grow the account.

•Ensuring accuracy in numbers in all the reporting. Can identify insights & trends/patterns in order to suggest & implement changes/new strategies wherever required.

•Maintaining effective project trackers for all the clients to ensure smooth & timely functioning across the teams.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in media account management, preferably in a digital agency.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to approach the audience in a professional and courteous manner.

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with the ability to express differing points of view and promote mutual understanding.

•Google Analytics certification is a must.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Creative thinking with a good understanding of what kind of communication & creatives work well across different funnel stages on platforms.
