JobOverview

We are seeking dedicatedindividuals to join as Customer Relation Executive in the companydealing in Finance sector. The successful candidates will beresponsible for highly enthusiastic and resultsorientedindividuals. Responsible for engaging with potential customers overthe phone providing information about products or services andpersuading them to make a purchase or take a desiredaction.

JobResponsibilities

1) OutboundCalling:

  • Place outbound calls topotential customers from a provided database or leads list.
  • Introduce products or services highlightingkey features and benefits.
  • Engage in effectiveand persuasive conversations to generateinterest.

2) CustomerEngagement:

  • Build rapport withcustomers and establish a positive and professional relationship.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns andobjections with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate information about productspricing and promotions.

3) LeadGeneration:

  • Identify and qualifypotential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Record customer details and feedback in theCRM system.
  • Forward qualified leads to thesales team for further followup.

4)FollowUp:

  • Conduct followup calls tonurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Gather feedback and address any postsalesconcerns.

5) TeamCollaboration:

  • Collaborate with teammembers sales representatives and other departments to ensure aseamless customerexperience.

JobRequirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experienceas a telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role is aplus.
  • Excellent communication skills friendlydemeanor and active listening skills. Ability toconvince.
  • Ability to remain calm andprofessional underpressure.
