Performs previsit medical record reviews to identify chronicconditions
reported in prior years
Identifydiagnoses that lack supporting documentation
Prioritizesclinical alerts and presents those that are strongly suggestiveof
an underlying condition
Presentinformation to providers in a concise complete manner
All other duties as assigned

procedures.
Provideexcellent customer services skills including consistentlydisplaying
awareness and sensitivity to the needs ofinternal and/or external
clients. Proactively ensuringthat these needs are met or exceeded.
Take personalresponsibility for personal growth including acquiringnew
skills knowledge and information.
Engagein excellent communication which includes listeningattentively
and speaking professionally.
Setand complete challenging goals.
Demonstrate attention todetail and accuracy in work product by meeting
productivity standards and maintaining a company standard ofaccuracy Qualifications:
1.Minimum Experience
2 years of clinical experiencerequired
Advanced level of clinical knowledge associatedwith chronic
disease states required
Relevantchart review experience required
2.Education/Licensure:
Medical Doctor or Nurserequired
Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPCpreferred
