1.     Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads and opportunities.
2.     Conduct thorough discovery calls or meetings with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements.
3.     Articulate the value proposition of our products or services and demonstrate how they address customer needs.
4.     Develop and present customized solutions, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
5.     Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
6.     Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities.
7.     Conduct competitive analysis and positioning to differentiate our offerings in the market.
8.     Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
9.     Collaborate with product management to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap.
10. Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events to promote our solutions and generate leads.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements1.     Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2.     Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role in the technology/software industry.
3.     Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions.
4.     Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
5.     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6.     Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7.     Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
8.     Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
