Job Brief


We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Marketing & Business Development Associate to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company, dedicated to creating and applying effective sales strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting and pitching to brands and companies, and forging strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Attract new business and grow the customer base.
  • Generate sufficient revenue for the company by establishing strong relations with existing clients.
  • Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business.
  • Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop new business relationships with top brands and companies.
  • Write compelling business proposals.
  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Achieve targets, leads conversion metrics, and directly report to founders.


Skill Set


  • Experience: Prior experience in advertising, hospitality, or marketing industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple clients, meetings, and deadlines. Develop and meet business growth goals.
  • Time-Management Skills: Prioritize time effectively and manage a dynamic schedule.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. Basic technical and computer skills to track leads and client calls.
  • Drive and Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and career-driven. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle pressure.
