Learning Associate

Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, gaps in operational knowledge, and areas for improvement across the Insights & Empowerment business unit. • Conduct engaging onboarding training sessions to educate new employees on product functionality, internal processes, and skill development. • Partner with leadership to schedule & execute a schedule of training sessions for all I&E teams and employees focused on system enhancements, workflow changes, product changes, and/or policy/procedure changes. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes. • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. • Serve as a resource for ongoing training and development initiatives, staying up to date on industry trends, software updates, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training-related issues, provide ongoing support, and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Qualifications: • 2 – 4 years' experience in training, instructional design, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or software industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without allowing tasks to slip between the cracks. • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, video editing, and audio recording/editing software. Ideally experienced with Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Captivate, and/or Workday. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
