Purpose of the Role: The Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Director of Digital Learning in project management, administrative tasks, and quality checks. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of high-quality digital learning programs. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this position is based in Hyderabad, India.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:


  1. Project Management Support:
  • Assist the Associate Director in project management activities for multiple digital learning programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, learning engineers, and instructional designers to ensure timely project milestones and deliverables.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to program development and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain project documentation.
  1. Quality Checks:
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on digital learning content to ensure alignment with program objectives and brand standards.
  • Assist in reviewing and refining content based on feedback and evaluation data.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with faculty, visiting faculty, and industry partners as needed to support program coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, facilitating effective communication.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain organized documentation for various projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to the progress and outcomes of digital learning initiatives.
  1. Collaboration with Vendors:
  • Work closely with external vendors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the Associate Director in ensuring vendor outputs meet quality standards and align with program requirements.
  1. Brand Alignment:
  • Contribute to reinforcing the brand throughout the customer journey, ensuring all program-related materials meet brand standards.



Minimum Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in project management or a related administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
