The position requires a results-focused and process-disciplined leader.

Key Responsibilities

In depth understanding of commercial Lending (vendor) applications like Finastra Loan IQ, FIS -ACBS and other market leading commercial lending platforms Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users  Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards Create process models, specifications, diagram, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project teams. Effectively manage competing resources and priorities.  Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator.

Key Skills & Attributes

Bachelor's Degree with 12 - 15 years’ experience including minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
