We're seeking a dynamic
Vice President, Product Management , to drive the evolution and expansion of our innovative Data SaaS offerings. As the VP, Product Management, you'll be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while overseeing the entire product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Define Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Craft a compelling vision for our Data SaaS products and develop strategic roadmaps to guide their evolution.End to End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of high quality, customer centric solutions.Leadership Development: Lead and nurture high performing product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Operational Excellence: Navigate largescale operations with finesse, managing a diverse large teamCustomer Centric Approach: Understand the diverse needs of our customer base and drive initiatives to exceed their expectations.Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior directors and architects, providing support, guidance, and constructive challenge to their teams.Global Collaboration: Implement effective strategies for working across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Executive Communication: Articulate product strategies and priorities effectively to senior leadership, contributing as a key member of the senior leadership team.Technical Expertise: Provide valuable technical insights and guidance to inform architectural decisions and drive innovation.Desired Experience/Skills:Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven track record in product management, particularly within the realm of Data SaaS products.Deep Understanding of Data Technologies: Strong grasp of datarelated technologies such as analytics, business intelligence, and integration.Agile Proficiency: Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management frameworks, with a focus on iterative development and rapid delivery.Passion for DataDriven Insights: A passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive value for both customers and the business.Technical Acumen: Engineering background or technical product management experience preferred, with familiarity in technologies such as Public Cloud, Java, Scala, and C#.
