Domain

Responsible for consistently upholding the brand, style, and template guidelines, and communicating any diversions to shift leads, and requestors. Assisting in the creation of compelling and holistic visual solutions including branding and logos, infographics, iconography, (interactive) presentations, data visualization, as needed, etc. for cases, proposals, workshops, and campaigns, meeting high expectations and BCG standards. Independently providing formatting support on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Working with requestors to understand sketched data and ideas, and help transform them into appealing and relevant visuals. Assisting colleagues (researchers/consultants/EAs) in improving the quality of their client documents (e.g. by taking a semi-finished document and improving it). Possess strong technical skills in Excel, Word, and presentations including template as well as theme creation.

Ability to communicate independently with requestor to understand requirements. Design thinker with ability to think out-of-the-box while working with the brand guidelines. Attentive to detail, and independently manage brand adherence requests Understand the audience and prepare presentation according to the various market segments Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing them constructively. Proven ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Designing Knowledge/ Experience

3+ years of professional experience preferably in working with formatting teams and working independently with global clients Min experience of 1+ years in the formatting services with the ability to manage the requests end to end (understand requests, clarify questions directly with the requestor and deliver with minimal to no support) Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Adobe software will be preferred Experience in working with brand guidelines and templates in a larger corporate organization Should have had some exposure to working in management consulting firms which will help to adapt to our firm’s value easily

Strong communication skills: Strong conversational ability and fluency in written and spoken English Business knowledge: knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles. Timing: Willingness to work in evening shift Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
