Qua is a power-dressing brand for modern women. As we expand, we seek enthusiastic visual designers to join our team.


NOTE - We are NOT looking for freelancers or agencies. This role is FULL-TIME, ON-LOCATION ONLY.

 

Responsibilities


  • Develop and design visually compelling graphics for digital marketing, social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Edit short and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and event promotions.
  • Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading
  • Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content creation.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with QUA’s brand identity, enhancing brand consistency and appeal across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to execute design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences to keep QUA’s visuals fresh, modern, and aligned with industry standards.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Design or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in video creation/editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design and video editing.
