This is a remote position.

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field (MBApreferred).

  • Proven trackrecord of successful business development and sales in technologyor consulting.

  • Strongnegotiation and presentationskills.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologiesand project management concepts is aplus.



Requirements
  • Identify and target potentialclients in the IT services sector through various channelsincluding cold calling bidding portals networking andreferrals.

  • Conduct indepth researchand analysis to understand the market landscape competition andindustry trends and utilize this knowledge to develop effectivebusiness strategies.

  • Build andmaintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities andeffectively manage the sales process from lead generation toclosure.

  • Engage with prospectiveclients to understand their IT requirements challenges andobjectives and propose suitable solutions tailored to theirneeds.

  • Collaborate with thetechnical team to create compelling proposals presentations anddemonstrations that showcase our IT service offerings and valueproposition.

  • Negotiate andfinalize contractual agreements and terms with clients ensuringthat they align with the companys policies andobjectives.

  • Act as aliaison between the client and the internal teams ensuring clearcommunication and smooth transition during project initiation andexecution.

  • Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to identify potential opportunities forbusiness growth and stay ahead of industrydevelopments.

  • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities client interactions andrevenue forecasts using CRM systems and othertools.

  • Provide regular reportsand updates to the management on sales performance market insightsand client feedback.

  • As a BusinessDevelopment Executive you will identify and acquire new clients.This includes prospecting lead generation and building a robustpipeline of potentialclients.

  • Cultivate and maintainstrong relationships with clients understanding their unique needsand ensuring their expectations are met orexceeded.

  • Conduct market researchto stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings andemerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to tailor our servicesto meet clients evolvingneeds.

  • Achieve and exceed salestargets contributing to the companys growth and financial success.Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within existingclient accounts.

  • Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including project managerstechnical leads and delivery staff to ensure seamless projecthandover and delivery.

  • Should havebasic technical understanding with the different technologies likePHP WordPress WooCommerce Drupal Python ReactJS NodeJS AWSAI/ML.

  • Actively participate in agileceremonies including grooming planning scrums and retrospectivescontributing to a culture of continuousimprovement.

  • Build a deepunderstanding of the industries we serve staying informed aboutindustryspecific challenges regulations and opportunities. Use thisknowledge to tailor ourofferings.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts andreports to senior management tracking progress against targets andobjectives.
