JD for HRM Operations andRecruitmentPositionOverview: As the HR Manager for Operations andRecruitment you will play a pivotal role inensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and managing therecruitment process effectively. You will beresponsible for implementing HR policies managing employeerelations overseeing recruitment efforts andcontributing to the overall development of the organization.Key Responsibilities:1. HROperations: Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures in compliance with companyregulations and labour laws.Manage daytoday HR operations includingemployee records management payrollprocessing and benefits administration.Handle employee queries and grievances in atimely and effective manner fostering apositive work environment.2. Recruitment and TalentAcquisition: Lead endtoendrecruitment activities including job postings sourcing candidatesconducting interviews and facilitating theselection process. Develop and implementrecruitment strategies to attract top talent both locally andinternationally in alignment with businessobjectives. Build and maintain a strongemployer brand through various channels including socialmedia job fairs and networking events.3. Onboarding andTraining: Coordinate theonboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition intothe organization.Collaborate with department heads toidentify training needs and develop trainingprograms to enhance employee skills andperformance. 4. PerformanceManagement: Implementperformance management systems to track employee performanceconduct regular performance reviews andprovide constructive feedback. Work closelywith managers to address performance issues and develop performanceimprovement plans as needed.5. Compliance andReporting: Ensure compliancewith labour laws regulations and company policies related to HRpractices. Prepareregular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates recruitmentstatus and employee satisfaction to supportdecisionmaking processes.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field.Master s degree preferred.Proven experience 5 Years in HR managementroles with a focus on operations andrecruitment. Strongunderstanding of HR policies practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport andresolve conflicts effectively.Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fastpaced environment.Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Officeapplications. Certification in HR management(e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.Additional Information:Location: ChennaiEmployment Type: Fulltime
