We are looking for  Senior Executive - “Site Commercial or CPM (on site)

You’ll make a difference by

As a site commercial , the role will bepivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing project and ensuringtheir successful completion. Ensures the accuracy of project books andrecords, including compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local IFRSrequirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities. Supports the Project Manager (PM) &Commercial Project Manager (CPM) that the financial results according to settargets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project grossprofit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments. Ensures the compliance of labor and otherstatutory laws at site location. Ensures taking out of relevant insurances andexecutes insurance claims. Supports the PM and CPM in identifying,evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and responseactivities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect toall commercial risks and opportunities. Manage Account Payables and processing ofPayment Claims towards customer and from nominated supplier and subcontractors,including certificates and invoices. Support site team on Administrative androutine project activities.
