Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Delight Living Spaces. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher with less than 1 year of experience. The role will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Join us in our mission to build a promising brand for real estate and development projects in South India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property investors and real estate agents
- Present our company's services and products to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance
